Why this firm exists
Not every organization needs a full-time network security engineer. MSPs may need a specialist for a customer migration or firewall project. Businesses and public organizations may need help addressing security gaps while retaining their existing IT teams.
VALO provides practical, defined-scope consulting for those needs, with experience concentrated in Cisco and Palo Alto Networks environments and vendor-neutral risk assessments when appropriate.
How VALO operates
We lead with services, not product resale. VALO is a registered Cisco and Palo Alto Networks reseller partner, but technology recommendations follow customer requirements. Our work is scoped and delivered with clear outcomes, documentation, and handover.
Clients work directly with the principal responsible for the engagement. VALO does not operate a 24/7 security operations center or offer general help desk services.

The founder
Loseini "Valo" Kamara is a cybersecurity professional with 9+ years of experience in network security and infrastructure engineering across healthcare, financial services, and government.
He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and an MBA in Information Technology Management.
He founded VALO Technologies to provide specialized engineering and consulting to managed service providers, small and midsize businesses, and SLED organizations.
