Request eligible Cisco switching, routing, security appliances, software, or licensing. For Palo Alto Networks, requests may include PA-Series physical firewalls, VM-Series virtual firewalls, subscriptions, and licensing. VALO sources through Ingram Micro, subject to vendor authorization, availability, and pricing.

Every product request is reviewed before VALO provides a formal quotation. We do not list unverified stock, guaranteed delivery dates, or public online pricing.

01 / Tell us what you need

Submit the manufacturer, model or SKU (if known), quantity, license or subscription term, required timeframe, and organization contact. Avoid passwords, payment details, and sensitive configuration data.

02 / Confirm sourcing and fit

VALO reviews eligibility, any relevant vendor or distributor requirements, product availability, and configuration or licensing considerations. Questions are resolved before pricing is finalized.

03 / Review a written quote

Receive a quotation outlining products or licenses, quantities, pricing, lead-time estimates when available, taxes or shipping as applicable, and quote validity. Purchasing terms are confirmed before acceptance.

04 / Approve and fulfill

After written acceptance and agreed payment or purchase-order terms, VALO coordinates ordering and fulfillment through its distribution channel. Optional setup, migration, and support require a separately approved scope.
